MQM Australia (Sydney Unit) organized a dinner in honor of Umer Sharif Bhai (The King of Comedy) in Bankstown, Sydney on 22 June 2011. Almost 150 workers and supporters of MQM attended this event. Umer Sharif said, "MQM is the only party which can bring revolution in Pakistan, The world is my fan but I'm the fan of QET Mohtram Altaf Hussain Bhai, He is the most inspiring personality for me. I am also a worker of MQM and party has always been first priority for me".



MQM Australia Unit celebrated 33rd foundation day of All Pakistan Muttehida Students Organization (APMSO) in Sydney on 12 June 2011. 24 April 2011, NSW Unit of MQM Australia organized it's Annual Family BBQ. Approximately 450 to 500 workers and supporters of MQM attended this event.
Nearly 150 people joined MQM Australia Unit at the end of this event. This event was organized at Abbots Park, Chester Hill, Sydney, NSW.
